Hervan Dewantara Merukh 

He is Founding Partner of HDRA & Partners and also as a Head of Litigation Division. He graduated in law with Cumlaude predicate from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta, and Master of Notary from Pelita Harapan University. He has been practicing legal professional which specialized and expert in litigation case, both for criminal law and private law. Membership and License of Hervan is Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He was also active as a trustee in the Indonesian Bar Association (AAI).

Previously, he belonged to one of the biggest litigation law firm in Indonesia, which is Gani Djemat & Partners (GDP) as Associate of Criminal Litigation Division, after previously incorporated also in Hendarman, Kawanto, Rahmansyah (HKR) Law Firm. Through the years of his career of law, he has been incharged in many national litigation case, including of political figures, and also litigation for various companies both of private and state enterprises (BUMN).
