Rangga Afianto

He is Founding Partner of HDRA & Partners and also as Head of Corporate Division. He graduated in law with Cumlaude predicate from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta. Membership and License of Rangga is Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), as well as board in several HR Labor & Industrial Relations forum in Indonesia, and also trustee in several Foreign Investment Forum across the world, especially in Japanese community.

Previously, he belonged as professional expatriate in Japan as Overseas Legal Strategy Officer for about 4 years (Sanba Industries, Co., Ltd. – Japan), thereafter fully incharged in establishment of its company in Indonesia as well as taking position as General Manager. Thereafter, he worked as leader in HR legal consulting & business development in one of the biggest Japanese business consultant in Indonesia, which is JAC Consulting Indonesia. Handling of various Japanese and other International company legal needs such as HR relations, corporate business agreements, employment relations between management and staff / labor and its union, expatriates & investors needs, bridging and advising to the Board of Directors (BOD) / Board of Commissioners (BOC) regarding with future / existing policy and action plan, as well as including coordination between company and governments are kind of his expertise.
